What should I expect in a therapy session?

Therapy is a personalized and collaborative process. You can expect to feel heard, understood, supported, and encouraged.

Sessions typically last 50 minutes and include:

  • Checking in on how you’re doing

  • Following up on previously discussed concerns or goals

  • Reviewing progress and setting next steps

If I cannot make an appointment, how do I cancel?
