What should I expect in a therapy session?
Therapy is a personalized and collaborative process. You can expect to feel heard, understood, supported, and encouraged.
Sessions typically last 50 minutes and include:
Checking in on how you’re doing
Following up on previously discussed concerns or goals
Reviewing progress and setting next steps
If I cannot make an appointment, how do I cancel?
We understand that life happens! You can cancel or reschedule by:

Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. Late cancellations will be subject to the full fee.
